Zone XUI Licensing Briefly, XUI and Kalideoscope are licensed under the Xoetrope Public License, a clone of the Mozilla license (MPL). The XPL license allow you to build commercial applications using XUI, but you must include a prominent notice stating that XUI is used (for example in an about box). XPL allows you to modify the source, but you cannot restrict the rights to this source or redistibute the source as XUI. XUI is also license under the GPL license, but of course you cannot redistribute a commercial application using this license. The license is provided for compatibility purposes. Carousel is license both under a full commercial license and a GPL license. As a developer you may downlaod and use Carousel and its constituent modules for personal use or for use within a GPL compatible project. If you want to deploy any Carousel components in connection with any form of commercial application or activity you must purchase a commercial license from Xoetrope. All of Carousel components and classes are prefixed with the Both XUI and Carousel remain copyright or Xoetrope and the XUI contributors, using XUI, Kalideoscope or Carousel under the terms of the above licenses does not provide you with any form of ownership
