Adding scripting support to XUI

Scripting should be a natural complement to XUI. With most of the plumbing taken care of by the framework there is normally very little Java code, but even so having the extra capabilities of a language such as Groovy should be useful in simplifying application development in certain domains.

Occasionally we get out of the office and come face to face with developers who have been using XUI in anger to develop real world applications. The ways in which XUI is used can often take us by surprise as developers target it to do things which we would never have considered ourselves. This, I suppose, is testament to the flexibility of the platform as well as the creativity of the people using it.
